Mediterranean Halloumi Traybake
This is the perfect one pan dinner. It does take some time to make though, so plan ahead. Its a comforting bowl of cheesey goodness, great for a vegetarian diet or even just a meat free meal. The chickpeas help to bulk up both the carbohydrate and protein in the dish, making it a filling and nutritious option. I love halloumi so I enjoyed this recipe very much. I hope you like it too.
