Turkey & Cauliflower Biryani
A biryani is a traditional Indian rice dish containing spices, meat and vegetables, cooked in a thick stock or gravy, over a low flame, for a long time. This recipe is definitely not a traditional recipe, but my speeded up and easy interpretation of the dish. It is really straightforward and easy to make, but still packs in plenty of flavour. If you prefer, then make it with chicken rather than turkey. Want to mix up the vegetable selection? Then use slightly less stock and a tin of tomatoes. This makes a delicious alternative to the recipe. Too spicy? Leave out the chilli.
